Located at the edge of the emerging Central Station neighborhood of West Oakland, Pacific Cannery Lofts is an adaptive reuse of a historic 1919 cannery as a diverse collection of studios, flats and loft townhouses around three open-air courts. Pacific Cannery Lofts is in the process of becoming GreenPoint Rated, a program of Build It Green, whose mission is to promote healthy, energy-effi cient and resource-efficient buildings in California.
