Our unique project has become one of Marin County’s premiere Platinum Level “Green Homes”. It’s turn of the century design boasts over 8000 sq. ft. of living space nestled in the hills of Kentwoodlands , CA. Throughout the project our team successfully implemented many green building measures. These measures include; Enphase P.V. system, motion activated on demand hot water system, engineered framing materials, recycled denim & closed cell spray insulation, reclaimed wood floors and beams, FSC cabinet & millwork material, recycled glass countertops & no/low VOC paint and stains.
